The way I understand great replacement, it's not about the jews themselves replacing white people, it's that the jews run everything and the're planning to replace white people with brown because white people have such big balls that we don't make good slaves. The basic idea of the chant at Charlottesville was "The Jews will not replace us (with mexicans)".

This is a typical right wing argument. It takes something real - corporate friendly globalization - and uses tribalism and authoritarian aggression to deflect attention away from any real understanding and to prevent the solidarity that would allow us to do something about it.
